  These socket drive screws are TRUE TITANIUM(TM), specifically Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V). They come with full mechanical and Chemical Certification as well as a Certificate of Conformance (CoC) to verify that they meet the specifications on the Unique Part Descriptor (UPD) Sheet. Engineers specify titanium for use with carbon fiber because both are at the top of the galvanic scale.

The Ring around the head is a trademark so you can quickly identify that the screw is manufactured from a high strength titanium alloy.
