This is a lightweight and incredibly strong double sided bolster side support frame for high speed offshore power vessels. It's primary purpose is to prevent people from being thrown out of the boat at high speeds in heavy seas. The frame is fabricated from 4mm Grade 5 Titanium plate and 1 inch OD X 0.065 inch wall thickness Grade 2 tubing and is designed to bolt onto a back plate that is angled 10 degrees aft. It is to be covered on both side with one inch shock absorbing foam. All joints are welded with wire feed TIG.
